Members applying for the 5-day, 6-day, 7-day, or Under 35 membership categories who commit to a membership term extending through to the 31st of August 2027 shall be eligible to receive a 20% discount on their annual membership fees for the duration of the committed term. To accept this offer and secure the discount, the Member must select their committal period below. Please note, by submitting this form the Member is committing to the selected membership term and category and will be liable for membership fees for the duration of the committed term. This offer is valid only for new members or returning golfers who have not been members since 1st September 2024.

Memberships at Thaxted Park Golf Club Inc run for a 12 month period from the date of sign up. Although members have the option of paying their fees on a monthly basis, their commitment is to the end of their membership year. Fees are set by the Board at the start of the Club's financial year, the 1st of September. Fee increases apply to each member at the end of their 12 month membership period. Members who wish to resign from the Club must do so in writing before the end of their 12 month membership period to avoid being liable for fees in the new membership year.

Thaxted Park Golf Club Inc (TPGC) is required to conform with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, which amends the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth Acts). The APPs governs the way organisations collect, use, disclose and secure information about you. The APPs also permits you access to the information held by organisations about you in order to correct or update it if it is not accurate. The personal information collected and maintained by TPGC for every one of our members includes your name, address, date of birth, contact details and information specific to, and required for, the service that we provide to members. Information may be held on behalf of TPGC by outside organisations in order to provide services to us (TPGC). A major example of this is the Golf Link handicapping system run under the guidance of the Australian Golf Union, which has guaranteed that such information will not be disclosed to any third party. TPGC is committed to safeguarding personal information provided by members, visitors and staff. We will never disclose any personal information unless we believe there is threat to life, health or safety.
